Zone 6 Moose Input

Greetings All,  I'm helping my buddy plan a moose trip this fall in Zone 6.  After doing some Delorme recon, I'm intrigued with the area between Masardis and Knowles Corner.  If anybody is familiar with that territory and interested in sharing, I'd appreciate any input.  Is it "moosy".  PM's are welcome if you'd prefer not to post on open thread.

I talked with the guide a couple days ago who I'll be "piggy-backing" off for bait.   Will be stopping by this weekend to close the loop.

Hey Adam - His son got a September Bull permit.   I should be able to do some good scouting for you while I'm up there.

That whole stretch of rt.11 is very "Moosy", you should have no trouble filling that tag. You should check out the Blackwater road in that area.

If you want a moose to shoot on that stretch.......park your truck along route 11, crack a beer and wait, you'll have your pick of whatever you want
