I spent last weekend in southern aroostook county maine at a friends camp where we deer hunt. He has a lot of big apple trees. This year they didnt look so good. the leaves looked bad with lots of what looked like insect chew holes in them. Most trees didnt have any apples, a few had just a handful.

It all goes back to spring, did you guys have a late frost that hurt the apple trees as they were budding?  ???

Anyone know if it's to late for the acorns to fully develop? The ones by me are smaller than a dime with huge caps.

They may fill out in the next month....just need rain....the trees shut down any growth other than sustaining itself without sufficient water....I have no apples or acorns here....
Gonna have to settle for some C'mere Deer..... :P :P :P
