As stated in another post, i haven't trapped much lately, but I had my best luck with beaver and porcupine, with a skunky lure, in the past.

Probably any meat with a striker scent will work,I'm going to try muskrat

I caught mine using venison scraps. I left them in a bag in the sun for a few days. Smelled strong and ripe.
