I am really contemplating trying out duck hunting next season. I have always enjoyed pheasant hunting but believe this was my last season. The dog I used over the past 8 years is now going on 14 years old. It was very evident this season that he needs his rest lol. Plus as much as I enjoy it its aggravating to me some times thinking about the process waiting for a truck every Thurs and Fri to release a few birds and then everyone takes off after them. Any ways I think I will be trying my hand at duck I did do a sea duck hunt many years ago but never took the time to go back so maybe some pond swamp ducks will be in order
