Checked my huge line this AM, all 6 sets. 1 sprung by a wandering cow, 1 with a skunk. How do you get a skunk out of a 1 3/4 without getting sprayed or bitten? How do you handle a skunk if you want to skin it and still be decent enough to mingle with other humans (don't smell skunky?)

well let's put it this way i have skinned over 200 skunks in the last 5 years and the only way to avoid getting sprayed or having them spray is to use a long pole with a hyperdermic needle filled with alcohol or hydro chloric acid kills them quickly and they dont spray if you get one that does spray place it in a 5 gallon pail with a lid on it mix 1 part peroxide and 1 part baking soda with a small amount of dawn dish soap scrub em down let it air out and will have little to no smell afterwards

Thats right FS..  Works good on getting the stink off dogs also...

Yup I use the same concoction, works pretty good.   Plain ole' time will help a lot also hang it out in the garage or shed to dry for awhile
