NEW RECORD DEER BOW KILL BOGUS !!!!!

Guess what boys that monster deer that was shot the other day was shot on Zehr's game farm near Lowville. The guy paid 2 Grand for it. I was just  told that by a CO that hunts with us. He'll now get a ticket for reporting a bogus kill. For some reason I just had a suspicion that it was a phony. This info came from the Undersherrif to my friend.

I don't know a lot about hunting on game farms, and to be sure the economy is in the toilet - but I don't think $2K would get you anywhere near that deer...

Trust me the info came from proper sources or I wouldn't have said it. I was literally word cfor word.

    And I agree BR, that deer would be worth more alive to a ranch than dead for 2 grand...

If you watched all the pics and stories you could almost sense something was amiss. He cut the rack off the next day and wouldn't you consider that quite unusual.

Don't know, I know you were the first to point out the decal. Maybe that's the reason he cut the horns off and got it processed so quickly and just maybe it was a gun shot.
