Yeh lol. We use it to practice out of and my friend hunts coyotes out of it with his daughter. I think having the two big over grown fields leveled may help me this year. The back field was completely cut when I was there today. I stuck a camera in the woods by a large group of giant red oaks too.

Most of those deer are bucks, not sure how easy it is to tell. They all seem to head in to the woods toward my new stand too. Not sure I want to risk getting into this stand in the morning but it's very tempting.

Sounds very tempting but don't think it's worth the risk

Thanks guys. Here's a few stills, the post is 45 yards out if I remember.

The time lapse isn't great for quality, but it is real good for patterning movement. I corrected the position of the cam to get more pasture in it next time. Also went from 30 second intervals to 10.

That's the stand I shot the buck out of last year, I'm sure that's the same doe that was bedding right out in front of it that the buck was checking out. Same stand I had the 8pt bedding in front of before they cleared the brush last week. The does there do get a lot of age to them, I try to keep it that way and never shot more than one a year. Will leave them for Heather and his daughter to shoot now and take mine elsewhere. Now that the brush is cleared I'm hoping the coyotes will scatter farther away.

Two decent bucks so far.

I'm fairly sure this is the one I missed with the 10ga last season. I've only seen one tall racked buck in the five years I've been hunting this spot.

This one may be the widest buck I've even seen on camera here.

Thank you for sharing stka.  Are you fond of the Bushnell cameras?
