2006 Lincoln county buck

Had surgery on my hands so my son had to field dress for me, all I had to do was shoot. Good son! My turn coming this year.

MTLION,
Small world, I spent 30 years there. Raised kids there. You probably know them. We go there to bear hunt in the spring and deer hunt in the fall. After hunting elk here it is hard to go back and beat the heavy brush.

Twin girls sitting at back center of truck, Son standing on right side of truck [shorter one]. Others are spouses. Old folks on left side of truck.

zimmer2, I noticed the date on your picture. The week of Thanksgiving, I'll bet allot of deer get killed that week. Families are home and  deer are in the rut! Good time to hunt. Football and Deer hunting!

100% correct. The bucks are in full rut. That is why we choose then to go. It is a 5 hour trip for us so not to bad for the chance at some really nice bucks. All deer hunters scored that week.
