I'm looking at purchasing a new scope for my .270 and i have narrowed the choices down to two. I have yet to decide between the Leupold Rifleman 4-12X40, or the Leupold VX-1 4-12X40, has anyone ever had any experience with either one? The main difference is the reticle, the rifleman has a wide duplex and the vx-1 has the regular duplex. Any help and input would be much appreciated, thank you.
