I'm reading an article in the Gazette today about the fires in 410, thinking about what this is going to do to the hunting up there. Hopefully they get them all knocked down soon... It doesn't look too bad yet, they almost had to evacuate the Crooked Cr. marina but said they got a fire line cut in time to stop the Evac Notice.
I've got a Cow tag up there and will be spending most of the time on the river but we usually make a trip into the lake, might have to stick to the river this season.
Anyone have any experience with how the critters will react to an area that's burnt?
