I forgot to tell you guys that we got a snow storm two days before season last year and you can see some in the first pics. It got windy and we got about 6" and when the sun came up the first morning we had about 2", but by the time we got the birds home there was just snow in the woods. The snow lasted most of the first week and I joked I was going to put on my snow camo. Its hard to hide with snow patchs on the ground under all the trees.

Finally got some (free)editing software and uploaded the footage from opening week last year. They were roosted about 100 yds above me, two hens landed in front, then the tom tumbled in to my right, he litterally rolled twice, wish I caught it on film. My elbow hit the back of the blind when I first drew, then I had to rush the shot as he was going away uphill. Hit him low and got only feathers, probably raised my bow arm instead of bending at the waist, I remember having to get down low to shoot up at him. :-\

Here he comes:

Too bad JJ, it's tough enough to get one close for a bow shot never mind try to film it also.
