Two birds in one day (two states)
« on: May 15, 2007, 09:11:24 PM »
Yesterday monday 5/14 I got a bird at 6:05 am in Penna. I then drove to NY (only about one mile) and
at 7:20 called in 5 Jakes and took one to get  two birds for one day. It was quite a thrill for me getting
two in one day. I"ve come close to doing it before, but yesterday was the first time I was lucky enough
to do it. I am now chasing a real large longbeard, I probably will not shoot another unless I can get him
in my sights. But I cannot complain, I have already had a great season. Be safe and good luck!

Good going.  I've done that once here in VT.  Took one to the truck, then walked back up and got another.  It was the fall season when you could still take two.
