Are you guys seeing a lot of birds right now? Normally I'm seeing quite a flock at this time of year. This weather has got them pushed back in the thickets around here. When the weather finally breaks it will get quite interesting real fast!

This weather is something else!. I got out of work early (alittle after 7:00 a.m.) and went to bed about 8:00 and it was just a little breezy. Got up about 4:30 and can't see across the road! The scanner is busy with lots of reports of accidents and cars off the road.
Hopefully this is the last blast of winter.

I'm still not seeing the birds on my property that I normally do.  I may be hunting my folks property in north east Kent county (not far from Big Wabasis Lake). They had 19 birds feeding in their yard for a few weeks in February. That's where I deer haunt anyways. Not as many deer as there around here, but a lot better bucks.

I've been hearing that the land I am hunting on in Onnawa that there have been lots of birds around the property so I think I should be good. I need to find a small pup tent blind because he doesn't have any on the land and I don't know what weather will be like.
