The last pic was without a doubt the best feeling I could ever have as a dog owner , our 1st time hunting after Ruger's accident and our best day ever !!

I lost Ruger in February due to a massiave siezure.He was one heck of a dog in the field as well as my best friend. We have since got a female(first one for me) that has the same mother as Ruger. She is going to be a great dog Im sure.

Its hard to look at the pics for me, but we had to get a puppy for bella for company.

It sure is tough looking at the pictures of the dogs that have passed, but I thank god Ive got them. My wife and I have lost 2 shorthairs and I keep both of there collars on the mirror of my truck. There is not a day that goes by that I dont reach up and hold them.
Lets see some more dog pictures and cheer this place up.
