Appleseed Programs

I was reading about the Appleseed programs and it sounds like fun and a good learning experience. I checked under NJ and there is nothing scheduled. I was hoping to attend one in fall with a buddy .. it's a weekend course. I found several under the Pa and NY areas but nothing for NJ.
I contacted the state coordinator asking why we have nothing in NJ .. preferably northern NJ .. and I'm waiting to hear back. I was curious if anyone else might be interested ?
