Iv been getting lots of gobbles to my calls. That sure gets the blood pumping. Located 3 Jakes and tons of hens so far. Got one jake too about 30 yards yesterday. Passed him up though, going for the prize this year. I'm onto some more gobbles in another location. Haven't layed eyes on him yet but I'm hoping its the Tom I'm looking for. I'm newer to turkey hunting and I have the itch bad lol

Well good luck on the record breaker....
my son and i went sunday and never seen a bird ...
he said to me that we were the only turkeys out on a day like this ...wind 30 plus and snow . Guess i was just excited to see him bag his first turkey!!!
