Well after cutting my deer season a little short, a long winter post surgery, and no ice fishing, it sure feels good to be back out there puttin boots to the ground.
Got er done this morning with a decent 22lber, nice 10" beard.
Hammered the timber and when this ole boy answered he came hot and heavy right to 15 yds.
It scratches the itch.....but Cmon Deer season !

Nice bird, congrats! I've always wanted to try turkey hunting. Seems like every spring I have a mountain of things to get done from blowing off chores all deer season and winters filled with ice fishing and skiing. I haven't even managed to get the boat wet yet.
