Sorry, just too easy.
Steaks, stroganoff, tacos, stew, chili and summer sausage.

Stews, make a crockpot full, have a good meal off of it and then freeze the rest.     Don't really have a recipe jsut kinda go by what I want in it at that time.
Steaks and roasts (which can be cut into steaks after they thaw) with the bigger sections
With the grinds I end up making (or trying to make) chili, amd just some plain burgers.
I save the liver off of the deer I kill too, which half of it ends up in the frying pan before it ever hits the freezer.
That and I saved the heart (well the half that was left after the shot) out of the doe that I killed this year.

For freezer storage I vacum seel it in edible sized portions, I live alone so I dont need a whole lot in one package.   If I have company then I just can pull out an extra package of it from the freezer.
....  You can't eat the antlers ....

chili, jerky, steaks, breakfast sausage, stew, and crock-pot anything. i know a guy who took a bite out of the heart of the first deer he shot as soon as he started gutting it.

eat it!
we take it to a meat place and they make hamburger, sausages, burger, everything!
cook it, fry it, deep fry it, bake it, roast it, anything as long as i eat it.

as for the innerds of anything [gizzards, hearts, livers], my grandparents eat that stuff.
yuck.

back straps and roasts is mama's job and she does a good job at it.

I butcher my own deer. I do mostly steaks and ground. I keep the back straps whole and occasionaly cut a nice roast. The inside loins usually get rinsed right away and go on the grill for snacking. ;)

We started butchering our own deer last year. It all gets packed up with the FoodSaver and tossed in the chest freezer.
Except for the tenderloins, those dont last long. Grill them up as soon as we get the deer hung up.
I make a lot of sausage, italian, bratwurst, summer. Jerky, roasts, stew. My fav has to be chili with cubed venison.

We butcher our own deer. I keep roasts from the back straps and individual larger mussels from the hind quarters. Everything else not big enough to cut into jerky gets cubed and frozen to make hamburg and sausage in January, we mix 1:1 with pork butt for flavor and fat. I gave up on the foodsaver machine (POS) we're using Ziploc with the little hand pump now.

I keep the tenderloins and turn the rest into breakfast sausage and burger. You can make lots of different meals with burger.
