Being spotted?

is there any redemption after being spotted.
 im not sure i was spotted or not. Birds walked in to about 50 yards stoped and walked away.

Its pretty much game over IMO it the next day.  A lot of times if they spot something not right or slight movement they will put an walk away.  If its something sudden they will run or fly in my experience.

Sometimes you can get away with a little movement with jakes, especially if they are in a group and are reinforcing each other.  But unlike  deer, turkeys seem to have no curiosity.  Once they sense danger or something they don't like, they usually just move on.  It can be frustrating, but it's always fun!    jperch
