Game processing/ Butcher in Gorham area

Does anyone have a recommendation for a quality butcher for deer and bear?  I have used Allen Cox for years and he is taking the year off.  I need someone ASAP.  Thanks in advance for the help.

Warren King over in Hollis does a great job with really reasonable prices. My buddies and I have brought deer to him for years.
