He is having a hard time with photobucket but this is the buck he tracked down Saturday. I'm sure he will share the story if he gets on.

Great buck Jay no doubt! I was hoping to see another deer posted on the forum this season. I thought this place would've been full of deer blood this year. Not the case.

Thanks all.  Just noticed this as I don't come here very often.  Muzzleloader season was certainly very good to our family.  MGK killed a nice buck and there is no doubt that he has them dialed in.  I, on the other hand, wore myself to a nub this year.  I guess if you can't kill them with skill you might as well be persistent. :o

I think it just boils down to you wanting to give MGK a sporting chance.  In the end, persistence pays off and you certainly earned that one Jay..... plus beat Matt by five pounds. :D
