Is it just me or are the BLACK FLIES worse then ever this year.....and it seems like they LOVE bug spray....I took a friend out this morning and they BIT the HECK out of my forehead!!!

Get a Thermacell  stuck on 7.  if they work in Maine they will work anywhere.

Works great on Mosqitos...but not sure about black flies....forgot it this morning....

black flies have been buggin the crap outta me too... Lookin for mushrooms mostly. Had a few skeeters bother me while chasin turk birds this afternoon... They're spotty, but when ya find em you hit the jackpot!!!!

The are well worth it. Repells mosquito's,black flies and no seeums. Dont ask me what the last one is I just it  on the commercial.

i know what those things are i get bit by them all the time trout fishing they leave a little round circle bite. its not like a mosquito bite that bumps up though these bites are flat and they dont itch as much....ive never seen one though  seriously i guess thats how they get the name

If your near a cabelas they are $29.99 for the camo model. The butane last a good while before running out. Trust me once you have one you will wonder why you didn't get one sooner.

We dont have black flies here in ND but we do have wood ticks by the thousands.  I bought a Bug Skinz tm set of clothes from Cabelas this spring for the trip to Mexico, didnt get any chiggers down there with it on and havent had one wood tick stuck on me this spring.  I can totally recommend them, will buy another set.

i have seen them at walmart for $20 and it cost about 50 cents an hour to run it. Black flies and skeeters are horrable up here in maine right now,i have been sitting at the picnic table with a cold one and supper- bug free with it.
