Looks like a good place to do some shed hunting

Definitely going to shed hunt that area this year.

Some are really nice bucks, 1 lost 1 tine already.

Actually had a couple bucks with both sides gone. Some others only had one side it wont be long now. This spot should have some bruisers next season.

Here are some pics from the last couple of weeks. The dogs arent helping I'm sure but the bucks are starting to come out in shooting light. Too bad this Thursday is the last day of the season. The good news is they will be bigger next year.

I have harvested 11 deer this season. Almost sealed the deal on a good buck Monday night but that didnt happen.  I did kill another doe though that night. Depending on what happens tomorrow that may make two years in a row I have eaten all my buck tags. There are a couple bucks I passed on earlier in the year I wish I would have shot now. Oh well no sense of dwelling on them they will be bigger next season. Tomorrow is our last day of the season till Sept. They are calling for 25-35 mph winds and gust up to 40. I will be in a tree in the afternoon after work.
