Ive used cola, BEER (usually a lager of some sort), milk and just about everything in between... heres one that sounds disgusting but actually tastes pretty good... (if you dont believe it, try it on a small scale with one steak or something to that effect)
Orange soda
whiskey (Beam of course)
black pepper
pinch of copenhagen (just for effect)
for waterfowl, I butterfly the meat, put a slice of muenster cheese in the middle, wrap it in bacon and throw it in the broiler.... delicious
