I got lucky and didnt have to take a course. I purchased a furbearer permit I think 4 years ago for the first time. The next year I went to get my license and they said we need to see your course card for the furbearer permit. I said what card I didnt need one last season. He said if you had it last season I just need to see your license from last season to comfirm it. So every year I have to take my license in to prove I had the stamp. Not going to lie I know nothing about trapping, as stated before I bought it just to hunt foxes.
