Saw that on the news last night. He was quite a character. Glad no one else was hurt in the accident though.
I got to meet a lot of the guys from the WWF in the early '80s. My night job was at a Hess station down the street from the Civic Center.
They were a regular event there. Was funny to see some of them drive in, in their own vehicles. The Samoans actually had a Subaru Brat, just like the movies they were in. They sure filled the cab. They also had ties to town with Hacksaw Jim Dugan. He was from there, his father was once the police chief. Good people really.

Just had to go out and hunt turkeys again this morning. I cant seem to get enough punishment. While I am standing on the trail at the top of the hill listening for them. I look over and see a deer working down the same trail I am standing on. Upon a better looksee I noticed it had some head gear. I thought to myself either I can keep standing here and get busted for sure. Or I could try and crouch down and hope he doesn't see me. Well he didn't see me as he walked to within 10 feet of me and paused. Crap I thought I just had to come chase these damn turkeys this morning and spook my bucks. He started doing the head bob and stomping the ground.That was it he whirled and went back the way he came. His browtines where already a good 4 inches tall and the mainbeams were growing out. Hope I didn't spook him to bad.

Found this litttle guy(6" shell) trying to cross the grocery store parking lot; no idea where he came from, nothing swampy that close.
