It has been a terrible Friday the 13th for me. Showed four townhouse rentals this morning. First appointment with this person and I find out she needs to be in something by Sunday or she cant get out of her current lease. She says is this going to be a problem? :o I said yes especially since its Friday and most management companies are closed on the weekends. She tells me to see if I can get the rental application to her today. So I did and emailed it to her and called her to let that I did. Also to tell her since she lives in Virginia, to email me back the application filled out and I will take it to the management company. Along with the $25 application fee. She tells me thanks and she will get it back to me asap. A few hours later I get an email saying sorry for wasting your time I decided to stay in VA. :o ??? I will save your card and call you in 10 months if I decide to move to MD.

So I didnt get to go fishing. :(

That sucks DRob...Problem with a lot of people in the world today, they think only of themselves.
Heck I even emailed a guy who had expressed interest in my outboard that it was sold... :o He was dumbfounded I would do that.
There will be other days to fish, and more fish to catch that's all.

I had a craptastic day at work as well.  Then after my son's swim class, I had to juggle the little rugrat and keep a short leash on the boy at the pizza place because they were 20 minutes behind.

Just had something help swing back the pendulum though.  Catbird is calling in the cherry tree outside the back door after the sun has gone down, and my son has been yelling back "what!" every time it calls for the last three minutes.
