The weather gave me a chance to get the gear swapped from winter to spring. Still didn't find the little box with the mouth calls and mint spray that's with them  :-\  I need a garage with a room for all my gear, I'm offically out of room down in the cellar and I still need more stuff. :o

I've got some great fishing pictures to share with you guys soon. Came back with a phone and camera that drowned, and a $400 fly rod that snapped, but got a few slammer fish and managed to live through a close call going down in waders without a belt.

First time that ever happened. Its scary, take one missed step and get your legs crossed and you're down. Wearing a belt with waders should be a cardinal rule like harnesses in treestands.

lookin 4wd to the pics hr.   ;D  a drowned phone is a likely excuse for standing me up but i want photographic proof!  8)

sounds like an expensive weekend but being alive to talk about it is way cooler than an i phone ;)

I know, I'm an a-hole. I'm going back for salmon in the fall and guarantee no excuses if you're up for it. If you're by lake george let me know and we'll get out for some type of fish or animal.
