Had to chuckle at the ready heater in the green house. Would need more than one here lately... :o

     Thats a preannial house so those plants can get cold, just cant freeze..... ;D ;D

I screwed up, Youngest had a half day of school. One of my little Trout spots was stocked this week and I never checked the schedule this week. should have skipped on over there for a few hours.  :-\

LOL yup!! I thought I had things figured out...then forgot what I was figuring... :o
 
Remember everyone in NYS...Open house this weekend at your local fire house. Membership drive as well as just go and see what we do and maybe any new equipment they have. Plus get to meet the men and women who strive to keep your communities safe from fire.
I really enjoy these days, especially the kids that come with the parents. They are our best advocates for members....Daddy you should do that!!... ;) ;D

That reminds me, I am on our commitee to spec a new ambulance and while doing some reaserch came across these.  Brought back fond memories of February. ;D

We just got a new bus last month. Just like Raquettes. Only blue and white like Inlets.
They took delivery of it just before that 24" storm we had..Thing sat out in it, they don't have room for three buses in the barn. :o :o

Pretty sure we are going with the big box on an F450 chassis. All red though. We did the Vanbulance thing with the current one( like raquettes) and had some chassis issues. It just didn't hold up to our abuse like the type 1 on a truck chassis did before it.

We keep telling them to get the F450 with four wheel drive as well. They like the ride of the vanbulance...our roads are rough, but they get towed out or in a lot in the winter... ::) We use our F550 brush truck to yank them out.....was four times this winter....
