drobs any chance of a spear catagory for the turkey contest? I know it's not legal but............. :P

Depends on how much thrust the spear has when you throw it. Tryout's would be necessary first.

It's my new camo  ;D. I found it while looking for a hunter to have shooting at the turkey. I haven't been on the shanty in over a week, that mob mentality gets under my skin. Plus they're all F.O.S. any way so there's nothing of use there.

I have been trying to stay more even keeled Raquette. God knows I can upset myself enough without letting others do it.
Just tried to reason with the Mass guys to let a mod know instead of fighting back with stupidity.
Guess they didn't listen by the sounds. I give all those guys from Mass. credit for consistently icing 15-20+ lb pike.
Don't care what the Maine guys feel, that's good fishing in great waters.

Just went to take the garbage out, and found I have a tenant who isn't paying rent.  Heard some scurrying when I opened the garage door, and saw a dude in a black and white suit heading behind the snowblower and goose dekes.



That explains the toppled lids I was seeing on the birdfeeder cans a few weeks ago.  Surprised it didn't root around more in the recyclables.  I left the door cracked, and hopefully it'll head out on his own, and won't need to talk to Mr. Twenny-Too Short.

Last encounter with a skunk in the shed last summer went OK - I left the door open for that one too.  Went out later that night to close the door, and he had just gotten outside.  I talked to him and asked him to move along, and he moseyed next door to the neighbor's yard.  The big fear last night is that wife and son went to bed early, and I had just put my daughter down.  Was then thinking that if I get nailed, am I gonna stand outside in the cold, and force the wife to get back up to go shopping for peroxide and baking soda, or do I end up polluting the car?
