Well with a little help from my brother, Ok a lot of help, we got the old yellow Ski doo running like a champ.  Next up is getting the Jiffy back up to peak performance.  ;D ;D

good deal!!! what year ski-doo? those old yellers are in high demand and go for a good buck around these parts. friend of mine just sold his old onelunger for$925 after being on craigslist for only a day.  :o :o

Oh it's not that old, 94 mx 470. only have $500 in it though. The little dome on the gas cap was cracked & I didn't know it. Had about a quart of water in the tank, both carb's were full of mush too. Had a fun time getting all the gas and water out of the tank. :o

The auger was another issue altogether. The 3 screws that hold the recoil housing down that are under the flywheel were loose enough so that the throttle linkage wasn't allowing the throttle to open fully. I have all that tight again and just drilled 6 hole's in the pond next to the house like butta. I did change the plug too, 10 years on the old one so I figured I got my $$ worth. ;D ;D

Thanks Walter, the real good news is that after 10 adjustment's on the pressure switches I have MOM's flower cooler down to 38* and not @ 20 or 45. WHEW  :-\ the whole valentine's inventory is down there getting cut down and the cooler was giving me a hard time.

The cooler must have been a little stressful until you got it tuned. When I changed the (very) old plug in my jiffy I cleaned it up with carb cleaner and put it in the ice fishing box, doesn't hurt to have one on hand.

Spark plugs are probably the most prematurely replaced part on internal combustion engines; myself included.
