None in Mass yet.  One going in near Worcester in the fall, and another around Dedham sometime after that.  Otherwise, you're 5-6 hours away from one in north NJ or central NY.

Believe it or not, I'm looking forward to making stoup from leftovers more than tonight's dinner.  All it will need is more beef stock, and some of the Texmati Brown Rice, red rice, pearled barley and rye berries mix.

The final product.  It tastes as good as it looks.  "Savory" doesn't even begin to describe it, and you can cut the roast with a spoon.  Only thing I screwed up was not going out to get some good stiff bread to go along with it.  If I had a Guinness in the fridge, that'd go about perfect to wash it down.

Leftovers are in the fridge with the rest of the stock.  Just have to thin it out tomorrow, and toss in the rice mix (oh, and some baby peas too)

looks delish! u make a wonderful wife chuck! ha j/k im in the same boat, my gf works wekends so im on baby duty and dinner maker quite often. she never favored venison till she met me. once she learned she didnt have a choice but to eat it or cook her own dinner she tried it how i cook it and loves it now. still wont eat perch tho. cant comprehend that one.   ???
i c u live in w chili. i used to work in e chili at a place called PKG equip. ( 11yrs ago) ever heard of it?
