At least with the license Dom you can buy bulk and keep it.  ;D
Looks more like just a few times out this winter for me.
Going to thaw out some meat next week and trim it all up for the chili.

My chili seems to be best if cooked for a day or two in the crock pot, then frozen and reheated.  ;D
Always seems to be way to much for the three of us here.  ;D
