Yeah I didn't do the greatest...Put too much Cajun on the chicken and over cooked it. She said it was good but ate around the chicken. I loved it though mook...and she is happy so everyone is happy. Thanks again bud.

Yup...harder than it looks. Mad respect for cooks though. I worked at a resteraunt at the bar and have a couple good friends that can cook...not me though. I can pour (and drink) all day though...
