18" so far, fire crews assisting dpw with tree removal now. 40-50 mph winds...70% of town without power.

I sure hope the fire crew has  stihl chainsaws  - A Husky doesn't stand a chance in this weather.... ;D

Must be close to 2 feet now, Blowing hard still. We have most roads passable again. crews are doing well with snow where they can go without obstructions.

Waiting for daylight to get a good assessment but I am guesing we will be without power for an extended time. I expect the call volume to pick back up once people start waking up cold, 32 calls for just my station so far.
