Oh......Bad kill switch? I had that problem once.

It runs when you prime the heck out of it...but then it dies. It is like it is running off the gas you prime in and then not getting any more gas. I don't know a lot about how everything works but that seems to be the case.

There is a little screen in the carb that has some Jelly like crap on it i'll bet money. Have to take the carb off and apart to get to it. If your scared to try you shouldn't try if you get my meaning.

Could be that too but that little screen usually gets the crap before it gets there.

Just be careful when you seperate the 2 sides off the carb and don't rip the gaskets or diaphram and youll be fine. Spray all the ports out with Carb cleaner. Not much in there really.

I changed the spark plug an put new gas in it...should have cleaned the carb but I was in a hurry...dumb though should have known that. Thanks bog an BC I'll let you know how that goes.

I see, i have never had one apart but i know its usually the jets in my sleds and wood splitter.

Stuff that sits and wont start like wood splitters, sleds and even augers do get that Green crap growing on the Jets. If he hadn't already been using this I would say the same thing. Most likely the ethanol with some water made it from the gas can in there.

And the ones that sit to pee can be changed out like plugs....
