Should be on the grumpy ole man section but.....Damn you ice- fisher- people.....!!! Water frozen in bathroom.....second time since we have lived here...Have the cold going..waiting on the hot....
Figured all of these people praying for cold to freeze the king or some other object of desire to fish has put us in the deep freeze....or it truly is an attack from Canada.... ::) ::) ::)

I know what you mean Upstate. I guess we are getting old but I will be out on Sacandaga all day Sat for the BIG walleye contest. Might even catch one...lol....hunts2long

Got the frozen pipes thawed....Got the call from the son...car won't start.....went out to get him going....have my mothers car as she won't drive in the winter....thing bucked and puked then quit......walked to the store and bought dry gas....an hour later it started and is running but hesitant....in between all that...life happened.... ::) ::)
hope you catch the BIG ONE in the derby H2L!!!!

Been having car issues as well...Jeep hasn't run for about a week. Bought a new battery but I think I need dry gas as well.

The wrath of Khan, just saw on weather.com that the eleventh named winter storm of the season came through?  ??? Here's what was reported:

•Illinois - Khan brought Chicago its first official one inch snow of the season, the latest date that's ever occurred in the period of official weather records.
•Michigan - 1.4 inches of snow measured in Detroit.
•Indiana - Up to three inches of snow reported in Richmond.
•Ohio - Four inches of snow reported in several locations, including West Liberty.
•Kentucky - Locally as much as a half inch of ice accumulation near Hazard. Numerous reports of slick roads and hazardous travel in the southeast part of the state. More than 100 accidents reported in Pulaski County alone.
•Tennessee - Ice accumulations of one to two tenths of an inch in eastern parts of the state. More than 4,000 customers lost power briefly near Knoxville. Multiple accidents reported due to icy roads.
•Georgia - Light icing in the northern part of the state. Accidents due to icy roads reported near Hiawassee, Jasper and Cleveland.
•North Carolina - Sleet and freezing rain have impacted much of the state including Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh and Durham. Numerous accidents reported.
•South Carolina - Associated Press reports one fatality due to an accident on icy roads in Pickens County. At least 70 wrecks reported in Greenville County.
•Virginia - Up to two inches of snow reported in the state (several locations) as of Friday afternoon.
•West Virginia - Five inches of snow measured in Weirton.
•Pennsylvania - Near four inches of snow reported in western parts of the state.
•Maryland - Up to four inches of snow in Frostburg.
