           Last night we got enough snow to do a little tracking, the problem is tracks can be hrs. old, but I'm going to give it a good go of it today. 8)

Does anyone make mashed potato pancakes to go with there dinner???    I made some tonight with the left over ones to go with the backed chicken I also made.... ;D ;D

    Well Mindy made 10lbs of potatos for Thanksgiving and there were only 5 of us here.... :o :o

oh yes we had them Sunday with eggs and bacon..............and then I just had a plate more of them Monday for my supper...............and yep the left overs are on my hips and a#$  now.................but oh yum
