I have a raccoon sleeping in a tree next to the house..  The only time I have seen him come down was to just go back up the tree next to it...  Dont know if he is sick or what but its not agressive or anything..   But its been here since this past Saturday....

That's what I'm thinking Drobs... I'm just thinking he doesn't want to come down cus the dog goes out and lays under the tree all day....  But why isn't it leaving at night?
