Good job. Doing it to try and lose a few more pounds. At the start of last hunting season I weighed 220 lbs the biggest I have ever been. Trust me I felt it dragging all those deer. As of this morning I was 183 lbs. and probably the best shape I have been in years.



My parents still have my rambo big wheel.

You aren't kidding Drobs, just wait until your metabolism quits on you AA, you don't even notice the weight building  . I started watching what I stuff in my face about two weeks ago. Started at ~196lbs at 5'11"ish and around 186 now (same height I think  ), just doing portion control more than anything else. Haven't started hitting the bike yet though, still feel like crap. But I had to dig out a belt today .

I weigh less now than when I was in high school playing sports, muscle mass left when the weights left.......

I am guessing Okay. Only person who has seen me on here recently is Fat Boy. He will tell you I have lost a good bit of weight. Not sure he would say I was skinny though. Check this site out now I know its says you should consult you physican for advice. Found several charts that were the same.

Stick with it. Big thing for me besides exercise was not eating junk food out and no soda/coffee.
