Well goal #1 run the 3 year old gas out of the boat......check
 #2 check out the new Chartplotter I got for my wife......Check and sweet
 #3 make sure boat has no bugs to work out ........check
#4 catch supper........Not so much...

Couldn't stay where we needed to be due to the combo of wind vs tide rip vs 1.000.000.000 million pleasure boat wake's it was just unpleasant there. We did try a little less traveled spot and shook the skunk off with a 30" sand shark. Still had a good time catching up with Geno. Took a picture from his lawn during the after fishing beer break.

Listen to this crap. I am negotiating a offer for my client. The sellers countered my buyers original offer and my buyers countered back staying with their original offer. The agent immediately says that's not going to work. :o Last time I checked he didn't own the house and he should deliver the counter to his seller. I then said my clients are holding at that price based on what I have shown them that has sold in the area. His response I don't know where you get your numbers but we do ours all the time(Now I have had enough of his crap). I said well I get them from the same system you do. Except I actually look at the other inventory that out there and don't just pluck a number from the air. I said there is currently a house under contract that was listed for 189,900 with two more bedrooms, newer in age and an extra half bath. It has an oversized kitchen new cabinets and a huge lower level. Which is set to settle in 10 days. Your listed at 224,900 and your telling me the seller wont take less than 215,500? I said now I wonder where you are getting your numbers. ;D ;D He then said I will have to look at that one but I bet it was a foreclosure or short sale. He was wrong again. ;D This guy clearly had High T and needed a KTTD's.

we had the wire and tube's to try but it was just more work than it was worth.....Way too many boats out today. We did try for fluke and sea bass in front of that stone place I showed you.

I just dont get why some agents get so offensive. Its not their home and they need to do their jobs.
