yes I havent felt this good in almost a year..........one last surgery which is in October and I should be almost brand new.....6 surgeries this past year whooped my bum.......and chemo to boot but I am back in the saddle again so they say.....and not to awful looking now........not great but getting there........and i have my attitude back so watch it raquetteloon

Had a thought today and it worked  ::). If you have honey that crystallizes on you, put it in a closed car during a hot day. Much easier than simmering in a pot of water on the stove  ;).
