Oh she has eaten many coldwater Smallies, I eat them all winter too. Not gonna lie they taste alot better than trout and salmon 8)

[/quotes] sun flower seeds helped me quit the smokes mostly when on break at work but also helped when fishing and craved a smoke...... Still chew them often on the ice..... Like uncle Harry says whatever works..... Think of the $$$ u will save.... When I quit I took the cigarette money and bought our first camper 135$ a month
