It's not bad, but it's still BS IMO. State offers just enough access to allow them to stock the lake, but still try to keep weekend and day trippers away. I heard a rumor that they plan to film the next season of jersey shore in LG village. Glad we stick to the north basin  8), still hope it's a false rumor.

I don't think that would work to good for them, w/all that oil & smelly stuff those flatlanders wear they'd be raw bait for black flies. ;D

The Jersey Shore rumor started because of an article in the April Fools edition of The Chronicle weekly in GF. Years ago they had one with a "bridge to be built over Lake George"; I still have people ask if they were really going to build "that bridge"?  ::) ;D
