      Tryed the Con Yeager Hot Snack Stick Spice kit....
Made a few to long and they dont hang so good in the oven....   We will see what happens in a few hours.. ;D

we used it for the first time this year on our breakfast sausage links. seemed kinda tough and we had our doubts but it seemed to thin out nicely while in the fry pan. so far so good.    cant beat the natural hog casings for the bigger stuff tho.
