I'll post tomorrow. I had no time to scout this season, havent seen any buck sign, haven't had any deer on the cam in 7 weeks, and haven't seen a deer in weeks. So I lowered my standards and shot a 4 pointer tonight.150 yards off hand dropped him in his tracks.  8)

Congrats HR, I think I've only seen six deer so far this season. It should start getting real good any day now, but I haven't seen it yet. This moon isn't helping me much either.

I must have reached a milestone yestreday. Mentioned in the Morning that we needed to get that deer skun and in the cooler last night. I got home and the 15 year old had it all done.  Must be paying attention. ;D ;D ;D

Thanks all.... When god gives you lemons, make lemonade?? That might be it too.  Figures I walk 20 miles over three full days of hunting and see nothing. I walk out back wearing sweatpants, a red shirt, and stinky work sneakers to hang a tree stand, put in all the steps, snap branches, bang the stand all around, get out of the tree and he's just looking at me 100 yards around the corner.  ::)

Bog - maybe he can come teach me now lol.

Morning was pretty busy, Slowed enough to get the report done for yesterday's fire this afternoon. For supper we had fresh backstrap's with onion and Gorgonzola cheese on them. WHHHHOOOOOOO   That'll make my cat-dog pull a freight train.
