What a day to be in the woods! I hit a limb and deflected over a doe tonight,couldn't even see the limb until the arrow made it move. one of my sons saw 3 out of range.And the wife saw nothing on her first day deer hunting,she says we gave her the rookie spot with no deer actually i thought her stand would be the most productive. go figure.  good luck t.t.g.m.f. keep us posted.

Saw a coyote and fox 15 yards away..lil spooky at dusk..got down from stand cayote was still 15 yards thing didnt run away..if it came any closer i would have shot it for sure in self defense

Nothing exciting here today. wind was blowing tonight.so many leafs falling it was like a blizzard only warmer. Even felt a little strange when i got back on the ground from swaying for 4 hours.
