first you gotta be lucky enough to get the main ingredient VENISON.!!
you will need:
two or three large green peppers (sliced in 1/4 inch strips)
two large onions(sliced in 1/4 inch strips)
bag of noodles
fresh garlic cloves about five cloves
butter
bottle of red wine,I buy one i care to drink
about two pounds of venison sliced in 1/4 inch strips
1/2 cup flour
take half of the stick of butter melt in a large frying pan add garlic and saute until browned remove garlic, add green peper and onion strips and saute until onions become translucent remove to a large bowl and cover.
start a large pan of water to boil to cook noodles
take the venison strips and coat evenly with flour salt and pepper.
take other half of butter and melt in frying pan brown strips on all sides add onions and peppers back in with the venison. cook noodles
add about a half a cup of red wine to venison mix to make a gravy like sauce
drain noodles put on your plate and serve venison mixture over top of noodles.
only thing missing is some fresh bread and butter.
