Wont hear a laugh out of me stka. What you will hear is a congrats and pat on the back. Along with a good ribbing from me and Raquette if there are no pics. ;D I always say do what makes you happy as long as it legal. If your time is limited and meat is the agenda give it the dirt nap. ;) As for me when the spots are gone on the fawns momma's fair game.

I'll get pics of anything I tag. I got a pic of the monster doe last year, wish I got a weight since it was the biggest deer I've taken so far.

I used to not care about taking pics. Over the last few years I take a pics of every deer. I even go as far as taking a bottle of water to clean the blood off and push the tongue back in(I know I'm weird). They are all trophies in my mind.

Two different cams, two different days, same 3pt? I think they're different.

It looks like two different deer. Hard to tell, but one looks like it has a small brow tine on the one side. Don't see that on the other.
Either way, hope you can get a shot at either or that deer with your bow!!

I'm hoping to let these little skippers walk through bow season. I'd like to take a bigger six or better, but we'll see what happens.

After staring at the pics for several minutes I think it is the same deer. The first pic was taken several days(3) before the second one in that pic the fork on the left is more pronounced. It is possible he got a little more growth on the main beam on the right side in that 3 day time period. Upstatehunter I thought that to about the browtine on the left side but that is just the tip of his ear pointing forward. Stka I am sure you already know but the month stamp on the IR40 is off. Nice pics I have not seen a buck on either of my cams for quite some time.

Went back to set up a treestand and had a few more pics on the camera.

I saw this pic and told my girlfriend I'd be more than happy with a big six.

Then I got home and saw this video, looks like a 7 with a G3 almost measurable on it's left. Might not be big to some of you guys but this one would make my year.

Sorry for the huge pics. I forgot to resize before I uploaded. When Photobucket updates the size they should be right.

Um, doesn't have to big enough for anyone, except you STKA!!!
Don't think I would pass him with the bow. May with the gun, but only if I was sure no one else was hunting there.
I seem to make the decision on the spot, in the woods, with the deer in front of me. Then a lot of the time I may kick myself
later. But in the end, you do whats best for you!! Hope you get a crack at him!!
