Popcorn Deer Meat

Cut a mess of deer meat into little 1/2 inch cubes and put them in a bowl and pour Italian dressing over them and stir it in good. Cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for 2 days. Get a heavy cast iron frying pan or wok good and hot with some oil not much just enough to coat. Now comes the tricky part. Get another pan sitting next to your frying pan and have a ladle ready. Be careful and pour the meat/dressing mixture into the pan and it will start hissing and popping and the dressing will start foaming up. It does this so much that you need to ladle it off into the other pan. Then let it cook down to where it's dry and browning on all sides. Keep mixing until done which won't take long. once the wetness is gone for a little bit then dump the meat into a bowl and let cool. It's finger food for a game or just TV or just sitting around with friends. It ain't bad. Max
